We Are Not Alone
I asked Nukumi a question that many people have spoken to me about and that I also feel.
We love the trees and as we're becoming more and more connected with Earth Mother and the trees, we care so much more. How can we hold that tenderness and that caring and not go into despair or not be lost in despair?
She urged us to feel what is here and to not get stuck in fear, grief and anger. “As we're seeing these changes unfold, our task is to remember we are resilient. We can call upon the help that is available to us to see us through any challenging times we may witness or encounter personally.”
I know I'm not alone in this. As a teen especially, I had to handle things myself. It never occurred to me that anybody would help me because they weren't. To ask other people, Light, Creator, the Trees for help is something that never occurred to me in the past.
Nukumi: “One thing that I've learned is that we are not alone. So many of us have suffered alone, not knowing that there is help right there.
As you establish or re-establish that relationship, I encourage you to begin. As you nurture that relationship, it gets stronger and becomes a part of you. It's already there. It needs to be restored, revived, revitalized.
This is not something that you have to create. Our task is to honor that connection, to honor what was given to us as our birthright, as our spiritual inheritance.”
I know this is true in meditation. The stillness in our mind, the Light in our heart center, compassion, love and connection come into our awareness. They are always already here.

I had a powerful experience in this guided journey of asking an Elder Tree for help in releasing our burdens to the Trees and to Nukumi and her guides to be transmuted back into Light.
We invite you to join us for two more weeks to experience these Wisdom Teachings in person online. Details are here.
