I started Stillpoint because I realized through decades of teaching meditation and facilitating private somatic inquiry that many people are looking for a gentle process in a safe environment that allows for open, clear seeing and releasing patterns of suffering.
Hi, I’m Lynn Fraser
“What comes to mind when I think back about this class is the safety I always felt, the knowledge that was shared by not just Lynn but by everyone as they shared their own personal experiences, and the support I forever got.”
- Sandi Gold, U.S.A.

I am no longer working with new people in private facilitations. The best way to work with me now is through my ongoing groups and classes.

No. Somatic mindfulness inquiry is based in eastern meditation practice and philosophy of knowing our basic goodness, mindbody connection, and awareness. It can have a therapeutic effect.

When we are children, we turn against ourselves to fit in and for approval. If we are the problem, if we are unlovable, then we can fix ourselves and solve the problem. This is not how it works. Cultivating compassion allows us to extend the same love and kindness we feel for others to ourselves.

“My own deepening awareness and unconditional kindness to myself is the foundation. I know and trust that you can heal as I have.”
“Lynn’s the real deal.” Dr. Rick Hanson, neuropsychologist and author of best-selling books including Resilient, How to Grow an Unshakable Core of Calm, Strength and Happiness.
“Lynn has experienced a profound recognition of present moment awareness and embodies it naturally.” Scott Kiloby, founder Kiloby Center for Recovery, the first mindfulness based addiction recovery center in the US.
