Find Your Stillpoint: A 5 Week Journey Into Stillness

Are you ready to deepen your awareness and reconnect with the profound stillness within?

Join me for an immersive, 5-week course that integrates mindfulness, somatic inquiry, and nervous system regulation to help you come out of the shallows of life and uncover the deep peace that is always here.

What You’ll Experience

Over five transformative 2-hour sessions, you’ll be gently guided through:

  • Somatic mindfulness practices like cyclic sighing, alternate nostril breathing, and yoga nidra

  • Deep inquiry and reflection to release internal obstacles

  • Personal sharing and connection in a safe, supported environment

  • Daily practices that help you integrate stillness into everyday life

  • The brain and body are affected by trauma and experience pain, illness, hypervigilance and dysregulation.

Trauma in our personal life and body does not damage the whole of our mind.

We practice witnessing levels of our mind. Stillness is always present under the disturbances. It is inherent.

By knowing and understanding ourselves on all levels, we experience unity, awareness of our Being - ever pure, ever wise, ever free.

  • We are witnessing levels of mind - thoughts, beliefs - and letting thoughts be in the background.

Somatic mindfulness and observing thought helps us “stay”. All healing happens in awareness that we are in the present moment.

Stillness is always present under the disturbances. Stillness is our true nature.

Our practice this week is Meditation in a Redwood Forest.

  • Acceptance as a source of peace: suffering is a natural part of life.

Change is constant and inevitable: we can learn to flow with life rather than resist it.

Fear in meditation, and in life, arises when we resist or attach ourselves to the experiences or thoughts flowing through our consciousness.

Envision the self as a river, flowing effortlessly, rather than a rock trying to resist the current.  Can I let go, even if I am afraid I will be swept away?

  • Common obstacles to experiencing stillness in meditation include catastrophic thoughts, fear, dysregulation, inner critic, anxiety, fatigue, and burdens of daily life.

Let thoughts come before you and observe your own mind. Do not be afraid of your own thinking. We gain knowledge of the reality within and without by cultivating the power of awareness.

Meditation is a process through which you go from the grosser to the finer, from the outer to the inner. You'll find a calm eye from where you act, draw energy, and draw the power to keep yourself balanced.

  • Knowing and understanding ourselves makes us stronger. We’re more regulated, and we’re not at the mercy of the inner critic and catastrophic thinking.

Living from truth means responding to life from awareness, by seeing and seeing through conditioned patterns.

We are more than our body, thoughts, personal life, trauma, and our experiences. Our Self is ever pure, ever wise, ever free.

Awakening is not detachment from life - it is a radical intimacy with life.
