Yoga Nidra: Trauma Informed for Teachers and Students
6 week course January and February 2026

Yoga Nidra is the only known way to rest the unconscious mind. It is a state of conscious sleep in which a person is both alert and deeply relaxed on a physical, nervous system, mental and emotional level.

We store trauma in our body, in our unconscious, because it was too uncomfortable and overwhelming to stay present with it at the time. Trauma disconnects us from ourselves and our sense of wholeness. Yoga nidra can be a practice that brings us back.

 

Strong Mind Resilient Nervous System
5 week course March April 2026

In this practical course, we learn the basics of trauma, the hypervigilance and negativity bias of our nervous system, and how to regulate ourselves.

We get to know ourselves somatically (in our body). We practice tools to work with the uncomfortable sensations and energy that we’ve disconnected from. We use powerful tools to stay grounded in the safety of the present moment and to break the trance of catastrophic thinking.

We don’t have to suffer through life with an unregulated nervous system

 

Somatic Mindfulness Coach Training
5 week course April May 2026

In Strong Mind and Resilient Nervous System, we learn the basics of strengthening and healing trauma, the hypervigilance and negativity bias of our nervous system, and how to regulate ourselves. We get to know ourselves somatically (in our body). We practice tools to work with the uncomfortable sensations and energy that we’ve disconnected from. We use powerful tools to stay grounded in the safety of the present moment and break the trance of catastrophic thinking.

This course is for folks who want to train as a Somatic Mindfulness Coach. Building on the knowledge, awareness and resilience from the Strong Mind and Resilient Nervous System 5 week course, now we learn to support others in this exploration and healing.
