I Know and Love Myself, a self-paced course
Mindfulness and somatic inquiry to nurture a welcoming, kind relationship with ourselves.
Uncover what disconnects you and what will support you in feeling at home within yourself.
Why is it so hard to be in our body? Stored trauma is part of it. We have a fear of being present with the swirl of energy and sensation in our body. It makes us feel unsafe because it is associated with traumatic memory.
We look at beliefs we form based on our experiences in life, and inquire into who we are under all of the nervous system patterns and stored trauma.
Small moments of awe and joy build and reshape our brain. Compassion and self-compassion emerge. We deepen our connection with our body and have tools to work with persistent thoughts in our mind.
Our hypervigilance settles and we become more regulated. We feel at ease.
