Stillpoint Village

Where we heal and flourish, safe in community with trusted others

We flourish when we feel safe enough to be ourselves, in connection with trusted others.

We can't think your way out of stress, worry and trauma. We feel our way into safety, gradually. Stillpoint Village is a steady online community to support you in daily life and deeper meaning.

Your membership supports the wider community

Every morning at 8:00 AM Eastern, I lead a free daily meditation and resourcing for safety practice. I keep it free because cost should never stand between someone and support they need in a hard moment. When I was struggling in my twenties and thirties, I would have loved a place to learn and feel safe enough to begin my healing journey. This is my eleventh year of free online live daily practice and it has become a favorite part of my day.

Your monthly membership helps sustain this. When you join the Village, you're not only getting courses and classes for yourself, you're helping keep the daily practice free for someone who's in crisis right now and can't pay for it. That's not a marketing angle, it's how the numbers actually work: your membership fee covers real costs, and supports the free class.

If you've felt the shift just listening to my recorded tracks, joining our weekly Sunday Community Class inside Stillpoint Village takes it a step further. It creates a dedicated, real-time safe container to explore these patterns live alongside a supportive global community.

You can’t think your way out of a dysregulated nervous system. We move past the theory and do the real, live somatic inquiry together.

Michael: "Lynn has a way of cutting through the noise of the mind. I've read so many books on anxiety, but her somatic practices are the first time I actually felt the threat response leave my body."

Sarah: "I usually intellectualize my feelings, but Lynn's gentle somatic tracking helped me finally sit with what was actually happening internally without running away."

Elena: "So grateful for this perspective. Realizing my worry cycle was just my nervous system trying to protect me changed everything. I stopped fighting myself."

Nervous system regulation isn't a one-time event—it’s a daily and weekly practice. Stillpoint Village gives you structured, predictable access to this 'guidance to stability' every single week.

Karen: "I did something similar in a live with you and that really landed too as I had no idea how much fawning was a part of my personality. Really helpful though, thank you!"

Dianne: "Lynn's calming and comforting guidance is wonderful. Perfect for a mid-day / lunch break as I strive to incorporate more rest into my workday.

Allyson: "A really beautiful, straightforward, accessible practice."

\Healing trauma requires a safe container. Stillpoint Village is designed to be your permanent, predictable sanctuary—a global village where you are fully met exactly as you are.

David: "Lynn’s presence is incredibly grounding. Her voice feels like a safe harbor when my internal world is completely chaotic."

Rebecca: "I have severe CPTSD, and finding a teacher who truly understands trauma without triggering me is rare. Lynn creates an environment of total safety."

Marcus: "There is no judgment in her space. She welcomes the messy, anxious parts of us with so much genuine compassion."

"This is a safe place for me to explore my life, and connect with a kind and nurturing community facilitated by a wise, caring, knowledgeable guide whom I trust completely. It is a healing place for me." — Susan R., Stillpoint participant

About your guide, Lynn Fraser

Hi, I'm Lynn (she/they). I'm a cis-gender woman, a lesbian, an elder at 73, large and able bodied, social justice activist, and someone who has lived through PTSD and CPTSD myself.

My work draws on 33 years as a meditator and teacher, specializing in support for healing trauma. I work and live in rural Nova Scotia Canada near family, friends, trees and ocean.

I know healing from feeling disconnection and trauma is possible, because I am living it myself.

I am passionate in helping others to heal trauma and feel love and compassion for themselves.
