Friends With Your Mind:
How To Stop Torturing Yourself With Your Thoughts
Book and audio companion
Friends With Your Mind explores how our mind and nervous system work together. When our nervous system becomes activated, our mind often fills with worry, self criticism, and catastrophic thinking.
This book offers a compassionate and practical path toward greater ease, helping you understand your thoughts while developing practices that support nervous system regulation and emotional resilience.
If you prefer to learn by listening, the guided audio practices included here make it easy to experience the teachings in daily life.
Self-Paced Courses
Nourish: Food and Eating
Most of us carry something around for food. A list of good and bad foods, a set of rules we never chose, or shame that follows us to the table, whatever our size or history. This course is a gentle place to set some of that down.
Our relationship with food, eating, and our body is built up over a whole lifetime, and we can take our time unwinding it with compassion.
