We need to be grounded in the safety of the present moment in order to heal. We can be that grounded mindful presence for ourselves.
This series of questions and guided practices are a way to support yourself in your ongoing somatic mindfulness inquiry. You can use one or more on the fly, or settle in to an inquiry session.
We begin with relaxing our physical body and resting with a smooth, continuous breath to allow our mind to settle and signal safety to our nervous system.
