What to expect in our land-based retreat

We invite you to relax and nourish your mind, body and Being on the land, miles away from the noise of the city, deep in 400 acres of forest on the shores of a pristine lake.

Our day begins at sunrise in ceremony with the earth and sky at the sacred fire.

Lynn Fraser guides daily grounding and relaxation practices to build nervous system resilience and strength. We learn about the mind and embodied healing trauma, and we integrate layers of body and energy with deeply restorative somatic inquiry and meditation.

Join Alyson Raskin in her restorative trauma informed yoga classes.

Sit with Indigenous elder Fyre Jean Graveline at the sacred fire for sharing and wisdom.

Walk along the forest trails. Sense into which tree invites you to connect and stay awhile.

Rest on the grass and watch the clouds.

Cool your feet in the waters of the lake or take out a canoe or kayak.

Join in community for healthy nourishing meals with locally sourced food.

Journal. Reflect. Rest. Come into stillness, grounded on Mother Earth.
