Nurturing Rest and Ease

Join us for a day of nurturing rest, connection, and joy
For women and nonbinary folks
With Elizabeth Shein and Lynn Fraser

Saturday March 2 from 10 to 4     In person

Our nervous systems are under a lot of stress right now. In this day of rest and ease, we practice effective tools to work mindfully with troubling thoughts and sensations with clarity, kindness, and self-compassion.

This is a day to open into presence within ourselves and with a small group of like minded people. What opens you to joy?

We move our bodies in gentle movement.
We move our minds in somatic inquiry and reflection.
We rest in stillness in the heart center.

This day holds space for silence and time for sharing. From the opening circle to our closing connection, we move with leisure, purpose and renewal.

Elizabeth Shein: human resilience, compassion and mindfulness are at the heart of her work as a therapist with people experiencing trauma or life transitions.

Lynn Fraser supports people in healing trauma through somatic inquiry, meditation, and strengthening the nervous system.
