2017 Recordings
These are the (unedited) recordings of the Silent Retreat 2017 sessions. We met for 1 hour 45 minutes and took a 15 minute break between. I have listed the practices and noted the times of when guided practice ends and begins in each session. This can help you decide where to start.

Session 1: Beginning, relaxation practice, alternate nostril breathing, meditation in silence. The guided practice ends at 1 hr 5 minutes.

Session 2: Sweeping breath relaxation, walking meditation, Yoga Nidra in heart center. Guided practice ends at 1 hour 28 minutes and begins again at 1 hour 39 minutes.

Session 3: Natural Rest practice, Who Am I? What never changes? Guided practice ends and goes into silence at 49 minutes.

Session 4: Gentle yoga movement and stretching, watching the body breathe, into silence. Guided practice ends at 49 minutes going into silence. We begin again at 1 hour 39 minutes.

Session 5: Exercise without movement (tension/release), Welcoming/ Thank You For Arising practice. Guided practice ends at 48 minutes and begins again at 1 hour 41

Session 6: Blue Star 61 points relaxation, Full Moon on Still Lake meditation. Guided practice ends at 43 minutes and begins again at 1 hour 38 minutes.

Session 7: Awareness practice prior to going out into nature (16 minutes)

Session 8: Appreciative Joy Inquiry on our brain, body, ourselves and others. Alternate nostril breathing. The guided practice ends at 1 hour 8 minutes and begins again at 1 hour 39 minutes.

Session 9: Healing meditation and inquiry. Tonglen (breathing in suffering, breathing out relief). Guided practice ends at 48 minutes and begins again at 1 hour 38 minutes.

Session 10: Closing session for the retreat, practice and reflections on the experience
